Tim is responsible for implementing Arise Beyond Barriers non-profit organization program.  Tim has 21 years of experience in operating a small successful business and is fully versed in overseeing, staffing, conducting business, as well as documenting and preserving the accounting and reporting records necessary to satisfy both state and local government contracts as well as private grants.  Tim holds a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling and worked for 5 years at The Independence Center as the Peer Support Coordinator.  In that position he developed new and innovative programming for people with spinal cord injuries. One such program provided a way for interested parties to sky dive, go skiing, and enjoy fishing adventures, kayak, rock climb, and bike ride. He also oversaw the giving away of adaptive equipment and the development of a dozen different support groups.  He developed programs that were successfully funded through outside grants and implemented activities to meet the demand of deliverables.
